Roxy is a healthy, active 8 year old spayed yellow bitch.
She is very keen to walk and swim and to take up a large part of your life.  She shows an intelligent interest in life and is curious and friendly.  She was skilled in finding treats in my pocket and showed no shame in rooting for them…

 

She is a very typical labrador.

 

She is coming into rescue through no fault of her own but a family bereavement that makes caring for Roxy increasingly challenging for her owner.  The difficult decision has been taken to rehome Roxy so she can continue her life is the sort of surroundings she is used to without having to compromise on walks and activity.  She comes from a loving and experienced home where she has been very well cared for.

 

It would be nice if we could find a rural/semi-rural home for her with occasional access to water for her swim.
Please note : Preference will be given to a home in the Kent/SE London area.
