This handsome lively 10-month-old yellow boy is looking for a very special loving home that will be able to perhaps have to see him through surgery and recovery, should it be necessary.
He has damaged his right cruciate ligament, which may need surgery, although if his exercise is curtailed this may heal in time. The charity is willing to meet the costs, should surgery become necessary. Sadly, the present owners do not have the time to commit to his needs, they are devastated to have to find him another home but are trying to do what’s best for him. He is crate trained and sleeps in his crate at night, he doesn’t go upstairs, but is quite excitable, especially with visitors.
We are looking for a home with no children and somewhere he can be quiet with his exercise controlled and be cared for during his recovery period.
He is on Onsior at present, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to treat pain and inflammation – the charity would meet the ongoing cost of this until he recovers or needs surgery. We would also contribute towards the cost of his castration when he is old enough.
He lives with a cat at present, but wants to chase it, so no cats please.
