Lovely young Labrador cross Cocker Spaniel girl seeking an experienced, calm adult home

This sweet‑natured young dog is looking for a quiet, structured home where she can thrive. She has lived in a busy family environment and has developed unwanted behaviour, particularly around familiar people and if her space is invaded, so she cannot be placed in a home with young children.

 She is affectionate on her own terms, responsive, eager to please, and enjoys human company when she feels safe. She has previously lived with mixed boundaries, which contributed to her uncertainty, so she will benefit from consistent routines and confident leadership.

She is initially strong on the lead but can walk nicely once settled, takes treats gently, and shows a sweet, gentle nature outside the home. She can be anxious in new situations and at the vet, where she has previously been muzzled.

The family used a dog walker, with whom she built a trusting relationship over time. This shows she can form strong bonds with patient adults who give her space and clarity.

She is in need of a home with experienced owners, ideally with teenagers or adults only, who can offer calm guidance and consistent boundaries.
