This handsome show type boy is looking for his new forever home. He is still in the puppy stage of life and will require further training, socialising and confidence building. He is currently quite a nervous/wary dog. He hasn’t met many other dogs or people and will need to be introduced slowly and positively to all new encounters. We are looking for a rural home as he is nervous of traffic and would do better in a quieter, calmer environment. We would prefer that there is someone around most of the day but he can be left for a couple of hours once he is settled. He is still entire and will need to be castrated once he has settled and his confidence has grown in his new home. He is strong on the lead and heel work will need to be a priority in his training. He hasn’t travelled in a vehicle very often and this will also be an experience he will need to get used to. He is ok with other dogs but can get over excited and hump and recall is hit and miss. He cannot be homed with a cat as he will chase. Although this boy is wary of strangers, once he has made your acquaintance, he will be your best friend as he is affectionate and playful when he is at ease. An experienced home who can carry out the training and confidence building required for this boy, will have a great new family member who will make the best companion.
